In Dallas, the Reunion Tower celebrated New Year’s Eve with a spectacular drone show, showcasing Texas’ flair for grandeur. This show, accompanied by a fireworks display, captivated audiences with drones forming iconic images representing musical eras from the Roaring 20s through to 2024. Highlights included a tribute to the 1960s’ Summer of Love, a 70s disco scene, and an 80s homage with Pac-Man. The 90s were represented by MC Hammer in his iconic golden pants, and the 2000s celebrated the advent of the iPod. The event culminated with a countdown to 2024 and a breathtaking fireworks display, marking the start of the New Year in the Central time zone.
